Exchanges:
You have a period of 7 days to log an exchange for products purchased on UltimateFan.co.za.
Conditions:
The product/products must have been purchased on the Ultimate Fan online store.
To initiate an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, complete with all swing tags, hygiene stickers, instruction manuals, and accessories.
Returns:
You have a period of 7 days to log a return for products purchased on UltimateFan.co.za.
Conditions:
The product/products must have been purchased on the Ultimate Fan online store.
If you are not satisfied with your product/products, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of return.

Black Friday/Flash Sales and Sale Items:
NO refunds on Black Friday/Flash Sale and Sale items.
Authorized returned sale items will only be issued as an online store credit or an exchange for a replacement item of the same or lower value.
